Certificate Exams
John Cairns is a certified examiner of the new Piping and Pipe Band Drumming qualifications program that is being offered jointly by the:
- Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association (RSPBA),
- College of Piping (Glasgow),
- National Piping Centre (Glasgow),
- Piobaireachd Society (Scotland), and
- British Army School of Bagpipe Music and Highland Drumming.
These qualifications will replace those offered previously by the Institute of Piping and the RSPBA and will incorporate 6 levels of piping qualifications.
